MVP is a one-stop principal investor and advisory solution to private venture-backed companies. Since 2010 the partners at MVP VC have been integral in the institutionalization of the Direct Secondary market. We are pioneers in this space and have collectively engaged in more than $10B of primary and secondary venture investments. Our belief is that Direct Secondaries are the evolution of the Secondary LP investing strategy established in the early 1980s and should be treated accordingly.
