Marine Pajot has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries. From 2017 onwards, Pajot worked at Manifesto Growth Architects as a Client Director, responsible for leading the Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Practice and helping CPG clients design and implement new business models. Pajot also managed client delivery, developed new business strategies, and mentored consultants. Prior to that, Pajot worked as a Startup Mentor, collaborating with a small publishing company to create a new vision, brand positioning, and business plan. Pajot has also held roles as a New Business Manager and Disruptive Thinking Consultant at Lew'Lara\TBWA, a Strategy Consultant and Team Manager at TBWA\Worldwide, and a Consultant Junior at TBWA\Corporate, where they coordinated communication campaigns for clients. Additionally, Pajot has experience in telemarketing and project coordination for the International Association for Economics and Business Students. Pajot's expertise lies in growth strategy consulting, D2C propositions, and new business development.
Marine Pajot completed a Mini-MBA in Marketing from Marketing Week in 2021. Prior to that, they obtained a BBA in Marketing & Management from HEC Montréal in 2008. Marine also earned a DEUG in Economy and Management from Université de Rennes I in 2005, and a French Baccalaureat in Economics from Lycée Emile Zola in 2003.
