Molly Zawacki is an experienced operations manager currently employed at Manifold Bio since December 2021, where previous roles included senior operations associate and operations associate. Prior to Manifold Bio, Zawacki worked as a research assistant at E. & J. Gallo Winery, focusing on genetic properties of Pinot Noir grapes. Additional experience includes data analysis at the U.S. Army Institute of Surgical Research, research assistance at the University of Pennsylvania relating to DNA elongation rates, and laboratory assistance at Children's Hospital of Philadelphia with gene therapy techniques. Zawacki holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Chemical and Biomolecular Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania and graduated from Williston Northampton School in 2017.
