Ilai Pines brings Maor his experience in analysis, legal and finance fields. Before joining Maor, Ilai was an articled clerk at the hi-tech team of one of Israel’s leading law firms, where he was involved in various VC rounds, M&As and advisory services to startups. Previously, Ilai held analyst positions in several Israeli advisory firms. In the past, Ilai served as an officer in an elite intelligence tech unit (still performing active reserve duties). Ilai holds a bachelor degree in law and accounting (LL.B, magna cum laude) from Tel Aviv University; during his studies, Ilai has been an exchange student at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
