Richard Behr

Richard Behr is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in management roles within prestigious resorts and hotels. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Marc & Rose since 2014, Richard's career includes significant positions such as Managing Director at Arizona Grand Resort and General Manager at both Miramonte Indian Wells Resort & Spa and Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas. Prior roles encompass key management positions at Royal Palms Resort and Spa, The Hermosa Inn, and with The Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company, where Richard was Director of Rooms Division. Earlier in the career, Richard contributed to the Arizona Biltmore as Director of Front Office Operations and held various management roles at The Phoenician Resort. Richard is an alumnus of Arizona State University.
