Grace Garso has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Grace currently works as a Project Manager at MarCore Group, starting in March 2023. Prior to this, they held the position of Operations Manager and Social Media Manager at R&B Jewelry from May 2022 to March 2023. In these roles, they demonstrated exceptional leadership skills by managing and motivating a team of 10+ individuals. Grace also created operational procedures, reporting systems, and marketing strategies to maximize productivity and company insight. Grace successfully onboarded new employees, contributing to the growth of the marketing and shipping departments.
Before their role at R&B Jewelry, Grace worked as a Help Desk Team Member at HealthLift from October 2019 to August 2020. In this role, they efficiently handled incoming customer service calls and delegated tasks to the appropriate departments.
Grace also worked as a Golf Course Attendant at Park Meadows You in June 2019 and completed an AmeriCorps program as a Student Mentor at Roosevelt Elementary School in Salt Lake City, UT from October 2018 to May 2019. In this program, they provided academic support and guidance to elementary-level students.

From 2018 to 2022, Grace pursued a degree in Business Administration and Management, with a focus on Business, at Westminster University.
