Robert Novak

Robert Novak currently serves as the Senior Vice President of Food and Beverage at Marcus Theatres, a position held since August 2015, overseeing a diverse portfolio of dining concepts across multiple locations, including Zaffiro’s Pizza, Reel Sizzle, Big Screen Bistro, and Zaffiro’s Express, along with managing 23 full-service bars. Previously, Robert held the role of Director of Concessions from May 2004 to 2015, where responsibilities included developing concession menu offerings, enhancing sales opportunities, and liaising with suppliers and distributors. Robert also has experience as a General Manager, where a multi-million-dollar annual budget was developed and managed. Robert holds a degree from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, obtained between 1998 and 2002.
