Previously, Harald held leadership roles at Magneti Marelli, managing large teams of electronic engineers and overseeing product development for various automotive technologies. Prior experience includes significant positions at Ericsson and Marconi, where Harald led strategic projects and engineering initiatives in broadband and optical networks. With a solid educational background, including a Ph.D. in Optoelectronics and an Executive MBA, Harald combines technical expertise with strong management skills to drive innovation and ensure product quality across multiple locations worldwide.
