Eduardo Ferraz

Eduardo Ferraz is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across prominent organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Engineering at MARi since April 2025, Eduardo previously held similar positions at Opportunity@Work from August 2021 to March 2025, where contributions included serving as both Director of Engineering and Principal Software Engineer. Earlier experiences include a tenure as Technical Lead at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and as Senior Software Engineer at Experian. Eduardo began their career as a Technical Lead at Serasa Experian and also worked as a Technology and Operations Specialist at Embratel. Eduardo holds an MBA in Project Management with PMI emphasis and a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, both from Impacta Tecnologia.
