Ashish Avasthi is an Associate Consultant at Nordic Innovators P/S since September 2024 and actively contributes to the Marie Curie Alumni Association as Chair of the communication working group and Vice Chair of the MCAA Spain-Portugal Chapter. Experience includes a role as a member of the Career Subcommittee for the European Commission Trainees' Committee and serving as a Bluebook Trainee at the European Commission. Prior roles encompass research staff at IBIMA - Plataforma Bionand and a Marie Skłodowska-Curie Fellow at Bionand. Ashish also has a background in nanotechnology research, with experience as a Junior Research Fellow at the Indian Institute of Technology, Ropar, and internships focused on nanoparticle synthesis at the Defense Institute of Advanced Technology and Jawaharlal Nehru University. Ashish holds a PhD from Universidad de Málaga and an Integrated MTech in Converging Technologies from the University of Rajasthan.

Marie Curie Alumni Association
The Marie Curie Alumni Association (MCAA) is an association of researchers who have benefitted or are benefiting from a Marie Curie Action (recently renamed “Marie Skłodowska-Curie Actions” under the “Excellent Science” pillar of EU’s Horizon 2020 Programme for Research). Researchers on the verge of working on a Marie Curie project are also eligible to join. The main objective of the association is to provide its members with a space where they can share experiences and interests. Membership of the MCAA is open to past and current beneficiaries of the European Commission’s successive Marie Curie Actions (and earlier programmes) encouraging international mobility for researchers at: https://www.mariecuriealumni.eu/user/register
