Mike Coleman

Mike Coleman serves as the General Counsel at Marin Software since July 2019. Prior experience includes roles as General Counsel and Vice President of Legal at Tintri from August 2014 to May 2018, and General Counsel at Innovative Interfaces for a brief period in 2013. Additionally, Mike held the position of General Counsel and Vice President of Legal at Grass Valley between February 2011 and November 2013. Prior legal roles include Senior Director and Associate General Counsel at Omnicell, Inc. (2010-2011), Senior Director of Legal Affairs at Wind River Systems (2007-2010), and Associate General Counsel at LSI Corporation (2006-2007). Earlier in the career, Mike was a Partner at Shearman and Sterling from 1991 to 2006. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Toronto and a B.A.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Waterloo.
