Cortney Stauffer

Cortney Stauffer currently serves as the Head of UX at MarketAxess, having transitioned to this role in October 2024. Prior to this position, Stauffer was the Head of the UX Practice at Adaptive Financial Consulting from January 2018 to October 2024, providing consultancy services for diverse clients in the capital markets and finance sector, with a focus on enterprise-level design. Earlier experience includes roles as a Visual Designer at the London Stock Exchange Group, UX/UI Designer at FIS, and Junior Visual Designer at SunGard Financial Systems. Stauffer's educational background includes a Master of Liberal Arts in Information Technology: Digital Media Design from Harvard University and a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from Assumption University. Additionally, Stauffer has participated in a study abroad program in Marketing at Richmond, The American International University in London.
