Ilene Fiszel Bieler

Ilene Fiszel Bieler currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at MarketAxess since May 2024. Prior to this role, Ilene has held various leadership positions at State Street, including EVP, COO of Global Markets & Global Credit Finance, and Global Head of Investor Relations since September 2017. Responsibilities have included spearheading growth strategies across multiple global finance teams and driving organizational design. Additionally, Ilene serves on the Board of Trustees for the Jeremiah Program, contributing to efforts aimed at alleviating poverty among single mothers. Previous experience includes senior roles at Barclays, Citigroup, and Innovest, with a strong emphasis on investor relations and strategic development. Ilene holds a Master’s degree in Urban Planning from New York University and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Arizona.
