Jill Melchionda

Jill Melchionda is a seasoned marketing executive with extensive experience in business strategy and brand development. Currently serving as SVP of Market Development at Marketbridge since January 2025 and as a Senior Brand Advisor for Norwest Venture Partners, Jill specializes in helping companies leverage brand as a competitive advantage and unlock sustainable revenue growth. As a Positioning Consultant for Firebrick, Jill collaborates with the CEO to enhance services and brand identity for B2B technology companies. Additionally, Jill is a Founding Board Member of Women in Revenue, advocating for workplace equity for women in revenue-driven roles. Previous roles include Principal at Jillpower, Chief of Staff to the CEO and President at April Six, and various strategic positions at Prevedere and gyro. Jill holds a BA in Communications and Literature from UC San Diego.
