Brett Billups has a diverse range of work experience in the field of human resources. Brett is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Marketplace Chaplains. Prior to this, they were the owner and CEO of Biblical HR.
Before their entrepreneurial ventures, Brett held the role of VP of People (CHRO) at Austin Industries, where they worked from October 2015 to May 2021. In this position, they managed human resources for a leading construction company with a significant employee base.
Earlier in their career, Brett worked as a Human Resources Business Partner at Iron Mountain, where they were responsible for strategic talent and organizational effectiveness in the Red River and South Texas regions. Brett also served in various HR leadership roles at Kraft Foods/Mondelez International, overseeing HR activities for the Texas region retail customer sales and logistics branches.
