Sr VP - Corporate Accounts at Marketplace Chaplains

Steve Hefta has extensive experience in leadership and project management spanning multiple organizations. Currently serving as a Strategic Account Executive and previously as Region Vice President at Marketplace Chaplains USA, Steve has focused on strategic change management, client relations, and the administration of chaplaincy services across seven states. Previous roles include Division Director and Vice President for the Northern Region, where responsibilities included oversight of chaplain performance and client satisfaction for a network of over 240 workplace chaplains. Earlier in their career, Steve held various positions at KPS Group, Inc., managing facility planning and construction projects, and at Armco and Marathon Oil Company, where Steve directed significant facility planning initiatives. Steve holds a Master of Divinity from Central Baptist Theological Seminary and a Bachelor of Interior Architecture from Kansas State University.
