Toby Payne

Toby Payne is a seasoned architect with extensive experience in supply chain and logistics architecture. Currently serving as the M&S Foods Principal Architect at Marks and Spencer since September 2018, Toby has also founded Mooshoo, Human Architecture in November 2020. Previous roles include Supply Chain Principal Architect at Primark Stores Limited, Director and Owner at Evolutionary Architecture Ltd, and Solution Architect at both Whitbread and John Lewis. Notable projects encompass the development of a multimillion Inbound Logistics project and the design of complex HR and Supply Chain systems. Toby holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of Birmingham and has cultivated a diverse career, collaborating with companies such as Boeing Defence UK Ltd and Vodafone UK.
