Min Qin

Min Qin is an experienced public affairs executive, currently serving as Vice President of Public Affairs for Mars in China since April 2018. Prior to this role, Min held the position of Vice President of External Affairs and Communications for Fonterra in Greater China from November 2012 to February 2018. Min's expertise in government relations was further developed during a six-year tenure as Director of Government Affairs at McKinsey & Company, where guidance was provided to company leadership and clients on government strategy. Additionally, Min was recognized as a Young Global Leader by the World Economic Forum from 2006 to 2007 and served as a Third Secretary and Head Interpreter at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of China from 1997 to 2006, facilitating engagements for senior government officials. Min holds an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge and a BA in English and International Studies from China Foreign Affairs University.
