Stefanie Kaefer

Stefanie Kaefer is an experienced professional in supplier quality assurance and procurement within the pet nutrition sector. Since March 2007, Stefanie has held multiple key positions at Mars, including Head of Supplier Quality Assurance for Mars Pet Nutrition Europe, where responsibilities include overseeing direct material supplier quality assurance and managing teams. Previous roles at Mars include European Segment Manager and Global Strategic Sourcing Manager, focusing on various aspects of procurement and sourcing for raw materials and additives. Stefanie began the career at Bosch in 2005 with roles in product management and as a graduate trainee. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor and Master Degree in Management & Economics from Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg and a Maîtrise de Gestion from Université du Québec à Montréal, along with participation in a summer school program at Shanxi University of Finance and Economics.
