David Coughlan

David Coughlan is an experienced insurance executive currently serving as Chief Insurance Officer and CEO of Marshmallow Insurance Limited since December 2022. Prior to this role, David led pricing strategies and held several key leadership positions at The AA from June 2020 to December 2022, including Group Pricing Director and Managing Director of Insurance. David's career spans over a decade at RSA, where responsibilities included Managing Director of UK Personal Lines and various director roles in underwriting, claims, and risk management for emerging markets, as well as Group Motor Portfolio Director.
