Audrey Chia

Audrey Chia is an experienced professional currently serving as the Industry Growth Leader for Asia at Marsh McLennan since August 2023, focusing on Financial Industry growth initiatives. Prior to this role, Audrey held the position of Global Client Executive at Mercer from October 2021 and was the Head of Strategic Partnerships Development for Asia Pacific at The Gap Partnership from October 2018 to November 2019. Audrey also served as Vice President and Head of Strategic Sales for Global Solutions in Asia Pacific at KellyOCG from January 2017 to September 2018, and as Director of Business Development for Asia Pacific at EY from December 2003 to October 2017. Earlier in the career, Audrey worked as Associate Director in Business Development at KPMG Singapore and as Manager of Business Development at Arthur Andersen Business Consulting. Audrey Chia holds a Master of Business in International Business and a Bachelor of Business in Marketing, both from Curtin University in Western Australia.
