Diana Ivey, ARM, is a seasoned compliance professional with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Lead Compliance Officer at Marsh & McLennan Companies since February 2001, Diana has established a state-of-the-art licensing compliance system that has been deployed across 15 operating companies. Prior to this role, Diana held the position of Compliance Officer/Director of Regulatory Compliance and Healthcare Risk Management at Empire Blue Cross and Blue Shield, where significant regulatory compliance and healthcare risk management programs were developed. Diana holds a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor of Science from New York University.
