Rita Patel

Rita Patel is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in international tax practices. Currently serving as the Sr Director of International Tax at Marvell Semiconductor since July 2018, Rita has previously held significant roles at QLogic, including Sr. Director of Worldwide Taxes and Director of International Tax from 2002 to July 2018. Rita also contributed to JSerra Catholic High School as a Board Member from 2011 to 2014. Earlier in Rita's career, positions included International Tax Manager at AST Research and Senior Tax Accountant at Arthur Young / Ernst & Young. Rita earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from the USC Marshall School of Business between 1984 and 1987, and completed secondary education at Capistrano Valley High School from 1979 to 1983.
