Katherine Letelier Barrientos is a professional with a diverse background in learning and development, customer service, and emergency medical training. Currently serving as the National Learning and Development Officer at Mas National since November 2020, Katherine has also held roles such as Contact Centre Learning and Development and Customer Service Advisor within the same organization. Prior experience includes working as a Trade Scheduler at Lake Maintenance from September 2019 to October 2020, and as a Dispatcher at Spectrum from August 2018 to August 2019. Katherine's early career involved serving as an EMT at the Spanish Red Cross in two separate roles from June to September in both 2009 and 2010. Katherine holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) from Time Education and Training, completed between June 2022 and April 2023, and a Certificate III in Business from the Institute of Training and Further Education, earned between November 2020 and August 2021.
