Britt Walsh currently serves as the Senior Manager of People Strategy at MassChallenge, having progressed through various roles within the organization since August 2019. Prior experience includes serving as a People Strategy Associate at MassChallenge, a Site Operations Coordinator at Out in Tech, and an Online Student Experience Associate at General Assembly, where significant improvements in response time to student inquiries were achieved. Britt's diverse background also encompasses a role as a Teacher in Residence at Voyager Middle School, mentoring students and fostering education, as well as experiences in customer service and administrative positions. Britt holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Smith College, completed in 2017.

MassChallenge co-founders John Harthorne and Akhil Nigam were working as strategy consultants at Bain & Company during the global economic recession in 2008.
