Lisa McLaughlin is an experienced executive with a strong background in operations and publishing. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at MassChallenge since September 2022, Lisa previously held the position of Director of Operations at Project for Public Spaces from October 2017 to September 2022. Lisa's earlier roles include Chief Operating Officer at the American Institute of Physics from March 2010 to November 2016, where responsibilities encompassed strategy and technology execution, and Director of Publishing Operations for AIP Publishing. Additional experience includes the role of Director of Publishing Services at Aptara and Vice President Journals Production at Blackwell Publishing, where Lisa managed substantial teams and contributed to various publishing strategies and operations. Lisa holds an MBA from Babson F.W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a BA in Business from Simmons University.
