Refah A. currently serves as the Internal Audit Director and CEO Office Director at Master Works since April 2019, focusing on corporate governance and decision-making support. Previously, Refah held positions including PMO Planning Manager, where a standardized project management framework was established, and Talent Acquisition/Onboarding Specialist, successfully sourcing talent and managing remote teams. Additionally, Refah contributed significantly to human resources as a Specialist and Executive, enhancing legal awareness of employment contracts and establishing departmental policies. Prior experience includes serving as an Elementary Teacher at a private school from 2013 to August 2018.
