Rose Nyambura currently serves as the Head of People & Culture for the Kenya & Pan Africa Program at Mastercard Foundation since January 2023. Prior to this, Rose held the position of Head of Human Resources for Sub Sahara Africa at Aggreko from August 2013 to January 2023. Rose's career also includes experience as Country HR Manager at Nokia Siemens Networks from April 2007 to July 2013, and as Head of HR at Siemens Ltd from July 1997 to March 2007. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administration and Management from Africa Nazarene University and a Master of Business Administration from Moi University.
