Kiran Dhanuka

Kiran Dhanuka is an experienced executive currently serving as the Chief Customer Officer at MasterControl since July 2023. Previously, Kiran held several leadership roles at Blue Yonder, including Corporate Vice President of Professional Services and Customer Success and Global Vice President of Customer Success from April 2019 to June 2023. At Sabre Corporation, Kiran led customer success and professional services for the hospitality sector, overseeing a team generating $270M in annual recurring revenue. Kiran's tenure at Sabre included various leadership positions, such as Global Head of Customer Success & Professional Services, with a focus on enhancing customer experiences and implementing burgeoning eCommerce solutions globally. Educational qualifications include a Master's degree in Computer Science from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Chaitanya Bharati Institute of Technology.
