Lori Adamczyk has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Lori started their career in 2002 as a Math Teacher at Warren County High School through Teach For America. Lori then taught Math at Edward W. Brooke Charter School from 2004 to 2007. In 2008, they became the Director of Operations at Edward W. Brooke Charter School. Lori joined Mastery Charter Schools in 2010 as the Assistant Principal of School Operations at Smedley Elementary. Lori later served as the Network Director of School Operations from 2015 to 2017. From 2017 to 2020, Lori worked as an Operations Consultant at Mastery Schools. Lori is currently employed as the Director of Food Financial Data, overseeing data management, compliance, reporting, and budgeting for Mastery's food service program, along with other finance responsibilities and federal programs.

Lori Adamczyk obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Education from Bucknell University from the years 1998 to 2002. Later, they pursued further education at the Harvard Graduate School of Education, earning an Ed.M. degree in Education Policy and Management during the period of 2007 to 2008.
