Shamerria Robinson is an experienced leader in health and safety management, currently serving as the Director of Health & Safety at Mastery Schools since 2021. In this role, Shamerria oversees health and safety policies, communications, and vaccination efforts for a network of 24 charter schools and three alternative schools in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Key responsibilities include developing remote learning programs, managing contact tracing, collaborating with health departments and government agencies, and facilitating stakeholder meetings with medical experts. Prior to Mastery Schools, Shamerria worked as an Independent Consultant from 2014 to 2018, providing strategic planning and operational improvements for various clients, and held significant roles in hospitality management at The Westin Philadelphia and Loews Hotels & Co, enhancing training, quality standards, and operational efficiencies.

Mastery Charter Schools and Mastery Schools of Camden form a non-profit school network of charter, turnaround and renaissance schools in Philadelphia, PA and Camden, NJ, serving over 14,000 students in grades K-12.
