Wayne C. has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Wayne started their career as a Consultant/Business Analyst at Synygy, Inc. in 2000, and later worked as a Business Analyst at Kingston-Miami Trading Co. from 2002 to 2005. In 2005, they joined NationsRent as a Compensation HRIS Analyst, before moving on to MEDNAX Services, Inc. where they served as an HRIS Administrator and later as an HRIS Manager. In 2010, Wayne joined Office Depot as a Sr. HRIM Analyst for a brief period. Since 2011, they have been associated with Mastery Charter Schools, holding roles such as Data Systems Manager, Assistant Director of Technology, Director of Technology Operations, and currently as the Director of Information Systems.
Wayne C. attended Cooper City High School from 1992 to 1996. Wayne then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration at Carnegie Mellon University from 1996 to 2000.
