Neil Checketts possesses extensive experience in food safety and quality management, currently serving as Vice President of Food Safety and Quality at Mastronardi Produce Ltd. since March 2020. Prior to this role, Neil held various leadership positions, including Interim President at Shining Ocean, Inc., and Vice President of Food Safety and Compliance at True World Group, LLC. Additional experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer and Vice President of Food Safety & Quality Assurance at Kneaders Bakery and Cafe, as well as Vice President of Food Safety, Quality Assurance & Regulatory Affairs at Sobeys. Earlier career highlights include serving as Senior Director of Food Safety at Walmart and working in local health departments as an Environmental Health Regulatory Supervisor. Neil holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Biology from Utah State University.
