Nicole Keenan

Nicole Keenan is an experienced HR professional specializing in compensation, currently serving as Compensation Manager at Materion Corporation since July 2021, having previously held the role of Senior Compensation Analyst. Prior to joining Materion, Nicole gained extensive experience at The J.M. Smucker Company, where roles included Compensation Analyst, Senior HR Shared Service Generalist, and Talent Acquisition Analyst.
