Jill Albanese

Jill Albanese has a diverse work experience spanning various HR roles in different companies. Jill is currently serving as the SVP & Chief Human Resources Officer at Mathematica since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as the CHRO at LIXIL Water Technology Americas from September 2016 to September 2019. Before that, they held the position of Senior Director, Talent, Rewards & Culture at American Standard from January 2014 to September 2016. Jill also gained valuable experience at Merck, where they worked as the Workforce Analytics Leader from August 2000 to January 2014. Jill started their career at Prudential Financial as the Director of HR Project Management in 1990 and worked there until 1999. Jill also briefly worked as the Director of HR at Novartis in 1999.

Jill Albanese received a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Duke University from 1986 to 1989. Later, from 1994 to 1998, they furthered their education by obtaining a Master's degree in Human Resources Management (MHRM) from Rutgers University.
