Cari Davidson has a wealth of experience in various roles within the human resources field. Cari began their career at Newell Brands in 2001, starting as a District Manager/Regional Event Marketing Manager before moving through different positions such as Strategic Account Manager and Corporate Communications/Public Relations Manager. Cari later transitioned into talent acquisition and served as the Director/Sr. Director of Talent Acquisition before becoming the Sr. Director of Human Resources Business Partner. Cari then shifted focus to talent development, where they held the role of Sr. Director of Talent Development. In 2019, Cari became the Sr. Director of HR Capabilities before leaving the company in 2021. Cari then joined Mativ in 2021 as the Director of Corporate HR & HR Program Management and, later, became the Vice President of Talent.
Cari Davidson graduated from The Ohio State University Fisher College of Business in 1998 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA). Cari'sfield of study focused on Marketing, Transportation, and Logistics.
