Michael Woody's work experience includes various roles in procurement and supply chain management. Michael started their career at Kimberly-Clark, where they served as a Customer Service Analyst and later an Export Analyst. Michael then became a Warehouse Team Leader, managing multiple warehouses for the company. In 2000, they joined Mativ as the Vice President of Procurement, leading the global sourcing team in driving efficiency and cost-effectiveness post-merger. At Neenah, they held multiple roles, including Procurement Analyst, Senior Analyst in Procurement, Projects, and Systems, Manager of Procurement, Projects, and Systems, Director of Strategic Sourcing and Supply, and Vice President of Procurement. In these roles, they managed various procurement activities, such as purchasing optimization, supplier relationship management, and integration of acquisitions into the ERP system. Michael also played a key role in the evolution of the procure-to-pay system and ERP system at Neenah.

Michael Woody attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison from 1995 to 2000, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a focus on Marketing and Organization Management.
