Carisa Cipoletti has extensive experience in human resources and program support. Carisa started their career at the Center for Creative Leadership in 1997 as a Team Leader, overseeing program support. In 2006, they joined Niebur Golf as an HR Manager and Commercial Property Manager, where they managed commercial properties and handled all HR functions for the golf course construction business. In 2009, they became the Director of Human Resources at Matrix Design Group, where they were responsible for various HR operations and oversaw areas such as recruitment, policy administration, compensation, and shareholder support.

Carisa Cipoletti has a diverse education history. In 1990, they attended Mannheim American High School for two years but did not specify their field of study. Carisa then attended Academia Menonita in 1992-1993 and studied General Studies. Recently, in 2014, Carisa enrolled at Colorado State University Global, where they are pursuing a degree in Organizational Leadership. Alongside their education, Carisa has obtained additional certifications. Carisa holds a Professional of Human Resources certification from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI and a SHRM-CP certification from SHRM.
