Damon Nee is an accomplished design professional with extensive experience in product design and development within the entertainment and consumer products industries. Currently serving as Sr Director of Product Design at Mattel, Inc. since January 2022, Damon previously held leadership roles at Disney Global Product Development and Creative, Inc. and Disney Consumer Products, including Director of Product Design for both vertical and licensed products, as well as various directorial positions focusing on product development for Disney/Pixar, classic media, and Marvel properties. Prior to his tenure at Disney, Damon worked at Marvel Entertainment and Marvel Enterprises, contributing as Director of Merchandising and VP of Product Development. Damon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Commercial Design from St. Thomas Aquinas College, earned between 1992 and 1994.
