Dwayne Vance is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in the automotive and motorsports industries. Currently serving as Design Manager at Mattel, Inc., Dwayne focuses on Hot Wheels design and has previously held the position of Senior Designer within the same company. As the Owner of Future Elements, a full-service industrial and graphic design studio, Dwayne specializes in high-energy art and design. Additional entrepreneurial ventures include ownership of Masters of Chicken Scratch, offering hot rod art prints and apparel. Dwayne has held key roles in senior design management at Fly Racing and HJC Helmets, where responsibilities included overseeing helmet development and graphics, as well as improving design consistency and quality. Dwayne Vance earned a BS in Transportation Design from ArtCenter College of Design and completed GE at Norco High School.
