Erin Syth McMillan, MBA, serves as the Director of American Girl Brand Strategy & Partnerships at Mattel, Inc., where responsibilities include leading the commercialization of the entire 18-inch doll portfolio. Previous roles at Mattel include Global Brand Strategy & Contemporary Doll Innovation Lead and Truly Me, Retail Experience and Events Strategy Lead. Prior to Mattel, Erin held key positions at The Kraft Heinz Company, leading innovation for Oscar Mayer, and at Procter & Gamble, where contributions included overseeing brand strategies for COVERGIRL. Earlier experiences encompass roles in licensing at Pacific Cycle and as a Business Analyst at Target. Erin holds a BBA in Marketing, Management & Supply Chain from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an MBA in Brand and Product Management from the Wisconsin School of Business.
