Ruben Novida is an experienced IT professional with a career spanning over two decades in technology management and development. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of IT – Infrastructure and Operations at Mattel, Inc. since April 2006, Ruben has also held the position of Manager in the Global Technology Organization. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior System Analyst and PLM Technical Lead at Edwards Lifesciences LLC from May 1997 to March 2006, and as an Application Developer/System Analyst at Computer Sciences Corporation from October 1995 to May 1997. Earlier in Ruben's career, from July 1994 to October 1995, roles included Application Developer for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's New Vehicle Audit Division. Ruben holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Information Systems from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona, earned between 1990 and 1994.
