Prior roles at Mattel include Director and Senior Manager positions in Quality Engineering, where Tim developed plans for product quality and managed quality teams. Tim began his career as a Quality Engineer and Project Development Engineer at Fisher-Price, working on notable products while also holding an R&D Engineer position at Pactiv. Tim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Rochester Institute of Technology, obtained in 2004.
