Simi Shepherd

Simi Shepherd is an accomplished HR professional currently serving as Head of Business Partnering at Matter Labs since October 2023, after holding the role of Senior HRBP Lead and People Operations Business Partner. Prior to this, Simi worked at Similarweb from June 2021 to October 2023 as Senior HR Business Partner for EMEA and HR Business Partner for International Markets. Simi gained valuable experience at Conga as HR Business Partner for EMEA & APAC from April 2017 to June 2021, and at Altus Group as Human Resources Officer from September 2015 to April 2017. Initial career experience includes a position as Human Resources Assistant at Tullett Prebon from December 2013 to September 2015. Simi holds a Master's degree in Research Methodology and Quantitative Methods and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of Surrey, as well as additional education from UC San Diego.
