Rose Castellano Mattran is the Co-Founder of The Mattran Group, where Rose has been working since August 1987. Prior to that, Rose served as the Director of the New Jersey School of the Arts at the State of NJ Department of Education from January 1985 to August 1987. Additionally, Rose worked as an Arts Management Consultant from January 1979 to August 1987. Rose holds an Ed.D. in Creative Arts in Education from Rutgers University and a B.F.A. in Fine Arts from Ithaca College.
