Patrick Wong has had extensive work experience in various roles within the technology industry. Patrick started their career at Harts Systems as a Support Representative and Developer from July 1997 to July 1998. Patrick then joined Maximizer Software, Inc. as an Intermediate Support Analyst and worked there for over 12 years, from August 1998 to March 2011.

Afterward, Patrick joined FDM Software as a Technical Support Analyst in July 2011 and served until January 2017. During their time at FDM Software, they also took on the role of an Integration Specialist from August 2016 to January 2020, where they employed their skills in SQL (specifically T-SQL) to integrate their software with other systems.

In 2018, Patrick joined CentralSquare Technologies as a Systems Engineer - Interfaces and worked there until January 2020. Patrick then moved on to work as an Independent Contractor at JumpSpace Contracting, starting in January 2020. As an Independent Contractor, they offered technical support, specializing in SQL Server and Windows troubleshooting and configuration.

Most recently, Patrick has taken on the role of Senior Technical Support Specialist at Maximizer, starting in September 2020. Patrick has now transitioned to the position of a Senior Customer Support Engineer within the same company since February 2023.

Patrick Wong obtained a Diploma in Computer Systems from the British Columbia Institute of Technology from 1993 to 1997. In 2010, they obtained a Certificate in Databases from ctcTrainCanada. Additionally, in August 2006, they became a Certified Java Programmer through the Oracle Corporation, and in February 2011, they acquired the MCTS SQL Server 2008 certification from the Microsoft Corporation.
