Maxwell Money Management
Matthew has approximately 20 years of experience advising individuals, families and businesses in the areas of finance, taxation, investment banking and wealth management. He is a Managing Director with Capital One Commercial Banking (a division acquired from GE Capital) where he finances leveraged buyouts for private equity funds. Previously he held senior roles in wealth management and investment banking with Fort Point Capital Partners, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan and Wachovia Securities (now Wells Fargo Securities).
Matthew began his career as an attorney, focused on tax and securities matters. He received his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and his law degree from Loyola Law School. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder and is a member of the CFA Institute.
In addition to serving on the Maxwell Money Board of Directors, he is Chair of the St. Anselm Parish Finance Council and is a member of the Board of Regents of Hanna Boys Center in Sonoma, where he serves on the Audit Committee.
