Michael Kann

Michael Kann is the CEO and Founder of BigLead, one of the largest performance marketing agencies in Africa and Europe, which leverages data, science, and distribution to operate risk-based, continuous campaigns since July 2006. Additionally, Michael serves as the CEO, CIO, and founder of Olico Group Investments, South Africa's largest performance marketing business, and has been instrumental in funding various fintech, martech, and greentech startups. As the founder and former director of Maxwell and Spark, a greentech company focused on replacing fossil fuels, Michael also played a significant role in creating South Africa's first price comparison service for financial products at Thinkmoney. Past experience includes leadership roles at Advertising.com, Capital One, Bain & Company, and McKinsey & Company. Michael holds a BSc in Electromechanical Engineering from the University of Cape Town and attended Northcliff High School.
