Alec Hays

Alec Hays is an experienced engineer specializing in autonomy support with a background in aerospace engineering. Currently employed at May Mobility as an Autonomy Support Engineer and Tele-assist Operator, Alec provides critical support for remote vehicle operators controlling self-driving cars. Previous experience includes an internship at Michigan Aerospace Corporation where responsibilities included designing and manufacturing weather stations and training fellow interns. Additional roles include serving as a Teacher Assistant for an engineering drafting course at Western Michigan University and various positions in retail. Alec holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan and a Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace Engineering from Western Michigan University.
