Avi Samovich

Avi Samovich serves as the Deputy Mayor of the Yizrael Valley since February 2019 and has been with Maytronics as the Chief of Production Engineering since 2016. With a robust background in the Israeli Air Force from 2001 to 2015, Avi held several key positions including Engine Factory Manager, Acquisition and Contract Manager, Head of Strategic Planning and Operations for F16 engines, Section Head of Finance and Budget for the Engine Array, and Project Manager for Technical Operations. Avi's educational qualifications include a Master's Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from Bar-Ilan University, a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management from Netanya Academic College, advanced training in Negotiation from the Israeli Ministry of Defense, and practical engineering expertise in Electromechanical Engineering from Braude Academic College.
